Dragon Zoo story by Ysabelle Martin

It was one chilly morning up in Bracknell I was at my friends house she came up with the idea of going into the woods that day, I tagged along with her we were almost near the centre of the woods before I came across these weird but cool markings on the tree it was a 3 toed animal of some sort.

Me and Siobhan (my friend) were at the centre it was a large beautiful place to have a picnic it had a opening, giant rocks and small pebbles littered the ground some had different patterns on making them look spectacular and a lovely little stream that run straight through it we decided to turn back after a nice morning walk when suddenly a deep growling sound came from behind us, I was the one who looked round first and I came face to face to a terrifying creature.

Description

Length: about the size of a London bus

Weight: I don’t know and I don’t want to know

Colours: head large frills covered the back of it a few feathers could also be seen it had a brown nose and green markings

Body: brown once again with green markings

What I think of it: very scary and creepy

It didn’t take me long enough to realise it was a dragon it had 3 giveaways 1. Wings 2.frills and feathers 3. Downright smelly breath we just stared at each other until I felt dizzy I think it had a magic spell in its eyes. I took 3 steps back and waited then the dragon let out an ear piercing screech and walked off, leaving us almost frozen with fright
