Today’s review? Adidas Dragon Trainers.

So if you love your dragons, why not show your fandom by wearing some fashionable trainers with a subtle nod to your favourite mythical creature?

Adidas have a bit of a habit of naming their trainers after more than just your typical makes and models. Sure, they’ve got their fair share of “Superstars”, “Vintage Deluxe” and “Ultra Boosts” but they also love a good unique trainer name too.

As well as dragons, you could pick yourself up a pair of Supernovas, Gazelles, Campus and Samoas. But ten guesses which we prefer?

Well to be honest, the Adidas Gazelles run the dragon trainer close. James Bond wore the Gazelle 2 trainer in Skyfall so it stands to reason that they’re a pretty stylish and fashionable running trainer. If they’re good enough for Britain’s most famous secret agent and walking fashion billboard/product placement expert, they’re good enough for us.

But the dragon is the classic running trainer which originated in the 70s and have never been off people’s feet since. They’re instantly recognisable, sleek, stylish and they’re named after our favourite thing, dragons! If there’s ever a unique non directly dragon related dragon gift, these trainers are the ones. They even come in dinky kids sizes and lots of different colours too, it’s just a pity that there’s not a pair with a scales design! The Adidas dragons kids trainer below is the closest we’ve found:
